Senior Director, Clinical Pharmacology

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Lead Clinical Pharmacology efforts for development programs from first-in-human to Phase 3
  • Develop tailored clinical pharmacology strategies to meet development goals
  • Provide scientific leadership specifically for PK, PD, and modeling activities
  • Design and manage clinical pharmacology studies, including protocols and results interpretation
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to align pharmacology with development strategies
  • Mentor junior scientists and guide project teams in pharmacology aspects
  • Interpret and communicate clinical pharmacology findings to inform regulatory recommendations

Qualifications

  • PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent advanced degree in Clinical Pharmacology or related field
  • 10-15+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience with significant clinical drug development
  • At least 10 years of direct experience in Clinical Pharmacology
  • Experience with biologics, peptides, small molecules, or gene therapies is advantageous
  • Proven track record in preparing regulatory submissions and engaging with FDA and health authorities

Pay

$268,000 – $302,000 annually
