You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute clinical development plans
- Lead and manage a cross-functional Clinical Team
- Oversee medical monitoring and safety activities
- Prepare and report results for global health authority submissions
- Manage project budget for clinical activities
Qualifications
- MD or equivalent with post-doctoral training and certification
- At least 5 years of clinical research or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Phase II/III development experience
- Expertise in clinical drug development
- Strong supervisory or managerial experience in a clinical setting

Pay
$232,000 – $401,350 annually
