About the Role

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clinical program strategy and clinical development plan
  • Ensure high-quality results for regulatory submissions
  • Collaborate with execution teams for clinical studies
  • Provide scientific expertise for investigator/vendor selection
  • Analyze and interpret clinical trial data for presentation
  • Maintain relationships with opinion leaders and investigators
  • Mentor execution unit teams and manage study quality

Requirements

  • MD, DO degree or equivalent in a related field required
  • Minimum 6+ years of clinical development experience, 5+ in oncology
  • 10+ years of experience preferred
  • Professional knowledge in oncology therapeutics
  • Experience in a global environment preferred, especially in immuno-oncology
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and development

Pay

$299,800 – $369,800 annually
