About the Role
This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop clinical program strategy and clinical development plan
- Ensure high-quality results for regulatory submissions
- Collaborate with execution teams for clinical studies
- Provide scientific expertise for investigator/vendor selection
- Analyze and interpret clinical trial data for presentation
- Maintain relationships with opinion leaders and investigators
- Mentor execution unit teams and manage study quality
Requirements
- MD, DO degree or equivalent in a related field required
- Minimum 6+ years of clinical development experience, 5+ in oncology
- 10+ years of experience preferred
- Professional knowledge in oncology therapeutics
- Experience in a global environment preferred, especially in immuno-oncology
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and development
Pay
$299,800 – $369,800 annually
