Senior Director Clinical Development, Breast Cancer

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the generation and review of key clinical documents
• Partner with clinical operations for successful implementation of studies
• Provide scientific expertise for investigator and vendor selection
• Train colleagues and study site staff on clinical protocols
• Review and analyze clinical trial data for accuracy and completeness
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders
• Support budget planning and management for clinical studies

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or relevant academia
• Advanced degree (MD or equivalent) with subspecialty training in oncology preferred
• Experience in clinical development programs across all stages of clinical trials
• Strong understanding of global clinical study design and drug development processes
• High-level communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
• Experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies
