Senior Director, Clinical Development

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical development strategies for oncology programs from IND-enabling to early development milestones
• Oversee medical monitoring and ensure participant safety and data integrity across clinical studies
• Design and implement clinical development plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Author and review key clinical documents for regulatory submissions and studies
• Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, including investigators and scientific advisors
• Present clinical data and development strategies at conferences and governance meetings

Qualifications

• MD/DO with 6+ years of biopharmaceutical clinical development experience
• Board certification in Hematology/Oncology or related specialty preferred
• Substantial experience leading oncology drug development programs
• Demonstrated success with first-in-human and registrational development programs
• Experience in cell therapy (autologous, allogeneic, in vivo) preferred
• Ability to influence decisions within cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
• Strong strategic thinking with a focus on balancing scientific and operational needs
