Responsibilities
- Set and execute the global privacy strategy and governance framework
- Ensure compliance with global privacy and data protection laws
- Oversee privacy risk management and mitigation plans
- Integrate privacy-by-design principles into products and initiatives
- Monitor new privacy laws and provide strategic guidance
- Lead the development of a global privacy organization
- Direct the implementation of a company-wide privacy training program
Qualifications
- JD from the United States or a European jurisdiction required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in privacy, data protection, or cybersecurity required
- Experience advising senior executives on privacy strategy
- Background partnering with information systems and cybersecurity teams preferred
- Certifications such as CIPP, CIPM are preferred
