Primary Responsibilities
- Drive budget volume and net sales growth for assigned Midwest grocery customers
- Manage, motivate, and inspire execution from our National Broker
- Manage direct report(s) in the grocery channel
- Accountable for trade spend management using trade tools such as Trade Planner and RGM TPO
- Drive westward grocery expansion/new distribution in void accounts for power brand
- Manage volume forecasting process for assigned territory/customers and coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure accurate demand planning
- Present quarterly customer results, strategies, and tactics to Branded Division leadership
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of successful CPG Sales (beverage a plus) in Midwestern Grocery customers
- Ability to effectively interact, engage, and communicate with internal and external customers
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation/influencing skills
- Proven business management and broker management experience
- Proven experience managing people/teams
- Experience with Trade Planning and RGM tools
- Experience forecasting/demand planning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay
Pay Range for this position is: $180,000-$225,000 plus annual bonus, depending on experience and geographical location.
