Senior Director, Change Management Activation Lead

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Change Management Activation Lead to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end change management strategy for modernization initiatives
• Align change approach with enterprise strategy and goals
• Lead change impact assessments for affected roles and behaviors
• Develop and execute integrated change plans covering engagement and training
• Establish a change governance model with checkpoints and escalation procedures
• Partner with Program Leads to embed change activities into release plans
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies as necessary

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of change management or enterprise transformation leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience driving adoption in complex, multi-workstream environments
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders in matrixed settings
• Certification in change management, project management, or Agile methodology preferred

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $141,600 – $283,250 annually
