Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of multiple clients-understanding client goals, supporting performance discussions, and delivering actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure teams consistently deliver measurable value, including sales growth, improved processes, and enhanced decision-making support for clients
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams delivering space management, analytics, and category support across varying client needs
  • Translate client and leadership priorities into clear team direction, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables
  • Apply best practices in space management, assortment, and analytics to support fact-based decision making
  • Improve processes, workflows, and resource allocation to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and deepen engagement in partnership with senior leaders
  • Support the development and optimization of tools and solutions that support data analysis and decision-making
  • Foster collaboration, communication, and knowledge-sharing across teams
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • 5–8+ years of relevant industry experience, including 1–3+ years in a leadership role
    • Strong knowledge of the CPG industry and space management/category management practices
    • Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience leveraging data, tools, and insights to support business decisions
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry tools

    Skills and Abilities

    • Strong CPG expertise with proficiency in industry tools of Blue Yonder, Circana, Nielsen, Power BI and Microsoft Office
    • Proven leader who drives project execution, sets clear goals, and delivers measurable results
    • Results-oriented with the ability to remove obstacles and keep teams on track
    • Adaptable communicator who tailors messaging to diverse audiences
