Senior Director, Cardiovascular

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Cardiovascular to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead strategic growth efforts for cardiovascular service lines across North America, shaping how new offerings are developed and brought to market. The position partners closely with health system leaders and internal cross-functional teams to build compelling business cases and customer-centered programs. It is well suited for a seasoned healthcare executive who can influence enterprise strategy, commercial narratives, and broader clinical outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

Compensation: $158,300 – $217,657 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategic initiatives aimed at expanding cardiovascular service lines across North America.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to create and evaluate business cases for new offerings aligned with customer needs.
• Design and implement customer-centered programs that integrate innovation across health systems.
• Facilitate market strategies and commercial narratives that effectively engage health system leadership.
• Build partnerships that enhance the organization's visibility and effectiveness in the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of leadership experience in healthcare, specifically in cardiovascular services.
• 10+ years of healthcare experience in operations, strategy, or business development.
• Master's degree required; advanced clinical or business degrees preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional leadership within a complex organization.
• Proven ability to develop and manage strategic growth initiatives and business cases.
