You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the biostatistics team to ensure operational excellence
- Plan, direct, and oversee biostatistical strategies across therapeutic areas
- Provide scientific review of clinical protocols and statistical analysis plans
- Engage effectively with health authorities on regulatory submissions
- Manage timelines, resource planning, and functional outsourcing for clinical projects
- Serve as a senior statistical expert for cross-functional project teams
- Cultivate a culture of accountability and high performance within the team
Qualifications
- PhD in Statistics or Biostatistics with 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in people leadership, including mentoring and performance management
- Comprehensive understanding of clinical development from study design to regulatory submission
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory practices and health authority expectations
- Experience with multiple therapeutic areas and ability to quickly learn new disease areas
- Expertise in advanced statistical methodologies for clinical study design and analysis
- Advanced proficiency in SAS and statistical programming concepts
Pay
$230,720 – $345,000 annually
