Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Access Solutions, defining end-to-end automation systems for high-throughput and GMP environments
- Drive revenue and margin performance for custom automation programs, including pricing models and commercial packages
- Lead cross-functional development, partnering with engineering, applications, quality and sales teams to scope customer workflows
- Establish integration standards (APIs, data models) for interoperability and repeatable delivery
- Oversee feasibility assessments and customer value justification for multimillion-dollar automation projects
- Act as executive sponsor for critical customer programs, ensuring quality and outcome delivery
Qualifications
- 12–15+ years in product management or adjacent roles within life sciences, lab automation, scientific software, or industrial automation; 7+ years leading PM teams
- Proven ability to manage integrated hardware + software portfolios and deliver platform and ecosystem strategies
- Experience in regulated environments and enterprise deployments (GxP/Part 11, data integrity, cybersecurity)
- Strong understanding of commercial aspects: pricing, portfolio P&L management, and enterprise solution selling
- Technical fluency in lab automation, robotics, scheduling/orchestration, data platforms, cloud/SaaS, and API-first architectures
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
