Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term strategy for the company’s corporate and compliance legal function
- Serve as primary legal partner to CFO and E-Group on corporate governance and M&A
- Build and develop a high-performing team of corporate attorneys and paralegals
- Draft and maintain policies for corporate law matters
- Oversee SEC reporting and disclosure obligations
- Monitor changes in corporate law and propose practical solutions
- Champion AI-enabled legal workflows within the corporate team
Qualifications
- 8+ years combined law firm and in-house legal experience in a multinational, publicly traded technology company
- J.D. or equivalent U.S. law degree with bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state
- Extensive public company experience, particularly with the '33 Act and '34 Act and managing SEC reporting obligations
- Experience advising across business units, resolving complex issues while considering non-legal factors
- Promised ability to apply AI tools to legal processes, driving team-wide adoption
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a remote, asynchronous work environment
