Senior Director, Associate General Counsel

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for the company’s corporate and compliance legal function
• Serve as primary legal partner to CFO and E-Group on corporate governance and M&A
• Build and develop a high-performing team of corporate attorneys and paralegals
• Draft and maintain policies for corporate law matters
• Oversee SEC reporting and disclosure obligations
• Monitor changes in corporate law and propose practical solutions
• Champion AI-enabled legal workflows within the corporate team

Qualifications

• 8+ years combined law firm and in-house legal experience in a multinational, publicly traded technology company
• J.D. or equivalent U.S. law degree with bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state
• Extensive public company experience, particularly with the '33 Act and '34 Act and managing SEC reporting obligations
• Experience advising across business units, resolving complex issues while considering non-legal factors
• Promised ability to apply AI tools to legal processes, driving team-wide adoption
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a remote, asynchronous work environment

Pay

$180,000 – $220,000 annually
