About the role
This role offers a competitive total compensation package designed to be market competitive. Individual compensation within the stated range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors, with internal equity considerations also influencing the final base pay decision.
Pay
The full and complete base pay range for this role is $232,000.00 - $348,000.00. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.
In addition to base pay, the successful candidate may also be eligible for:
- A discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation, depending on the role
- Discretionary equity grants under Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan
