Senior Director, AI Solutions Architecture

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, AI Solutions Architecture to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will shape the enterprise AI solution architecture strategy and guide how advanced AI capabilities are translated into scalable business value. The role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical possibilities with enterprise priorities and measurable outcomes. It will also lead a high-performing team focused on designing solution blueprints, evaluating feasibility, and enabling responsible adoption of modern AI technologies across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $230,332 – $311,626 annually Responsibilities Define and lead the enterprise AI solution architecture strategy. Co-create high-impact AI solutions with cross-functional stakeholders. Develop comprehensive solution blueprints connecting business objectives to technical needs. Assess feasibility and value potential for proposed AI initiatives. Build and lead a high-performing AI solution architecture team. Qualifications Doctorate degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Master's and 6 years, or Bachelor's and 8 years. 4+ years of direct managerial experience, including managing senior leaders. 12+ years in AI/ML, data science, enterprise architecture, or related leadership roles preferred. Proven track record in leading scalable enterprise AI solutions with measurable business impact. Strong technical understanding of modern AI technologies including generative AI and cloud architecture.
