Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a comprehensive AI risk and governance framework
  • Translate regulatory requirements into reusable governance patterns and controls
  • Collaborate with AI Engineering to embed compliance into model lifecycle tooling
  • Promote governance-by-design for AI solutions focusing on transparency and compliance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred in business, computer science, or related field
  • 15 years of experience in digital innovation, strategy, or customer-facing leadership roles within clinical research, healthcare, or technology services
  • Proven ability to simplify complex digital, data, and AI concepts for varied audiences
  • Experience creating high-quality, customer-facing content for commercial engagements
  • Strong executive presence to engage effectively in high-stakes interactions

Pay

$167,500 – $278,000 annually
