Senior Director - AI & Proactive Security

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of cyber resilience initiatives
• Design a Continuous Threat Exposure Management strategy
• Define and own the enterprise AI security strategy
• Collaborate with various cybersecurity teams to enhance operations
• Track performance metrics for AI security programs
• Coordinate teams and vendors to achieve outcomes
• Provide insights and reports to senior management

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cybersecurity, with experience or exposure to AI/ML technologies
• Hands-on experience in offensive security and red teaming
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and related security risks
• Experience in security engineering, defense, and risk management
• Proven ability to innovate and challenge traditional security models

Pay

$150,000 – $200,000 annually
