Senior Director, Ad Tech Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Ad Tech Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will serve as a senior technical partner to commercial teams and enterprise clients, helping shape solution strategy in a fast-moving digital advertising and marketing technology environment. The position requires someone who can translate complex platform capabilities into clear business value and guide high-stakes technical conversations with confidence. You will work cross-functionally across sales, product experts, and internal stakeholders to align client needs with the right solutions and materials. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $230,000 – $260,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as the technical liaison between client teams, Sales, and product experts. Partner with Sales to identify client challenges and align solutions. Lead technical discovery and solution conversations with enterprise partners. Support senior-level client calls with technical expertise and insights. Translate technical capabilities into partner-friendly solutions and recommendations. Coordinate across internal teams to align expertise with client needs. Create and develop sales enablement materials and documentation. Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience in ad tech, martech, or data platforms. Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting. Deep familiarity with the ad tech and martech ecosystems. Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business-solution frameworks.
