The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and apply the rules: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists,

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat job title as heading 4. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings 5. Preserve ALL substantive information 6. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/scam-warning) 7. Include section ONLY when posting has real, specific content 8. Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text 9. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them 10. Output ONLY HTML fragment Let me identify the sections from the posting: - Summary/About the role (first paragraph about hybrid schedule and role overview) - Job Function (responsibilities) - Minimum & Preferred Job Qualifications (requirements/qualifications) - About Tanium (company info) - What You'll Get (benefits and pay) The posting has: - Hybrid schedule info (3 days/week in office at specific locations) - Role description - Responsibilities (Job Function section) - Qualifications (Education, Experience, Other) - Company description (About Tanium) - Benefits and salary range (What You'll Get) I should create sections for: 1. About the role (summary + hybrid schedule) 2. Responsibilities (Job Function) 3. Qualifications (Minimum & Preferred Job Qualifications) 4. About Tanium (company info) 5. Benefits (What You'll Get - includes pay and benefits) Note: The posting has specific pay range ($85,000-$115,000) and detailed benefits, so Pay and Benefits sections are warranted. Schedule is mentioned (hybrid, 3 days/week), so Schedule section is warranted. Let me structure the HTML:

Wait, I already mentioned the schedule in "About the role". Should I include it again in Schedule section? The rules say "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The posting does have specific schedule info. But I already included it in About the role. The rules don't say to avoid duplication, but it's better to not duplicate. However, the Schedule section is a standard heading. Let me check: the posting mentions hybrid schedule in the first paragraph. I could either keep it in About the role and not create a separate Schedule section, or create a Schedule section and reference it. Since the rules say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones", and the schedule info is already in About the role, I might skip a separate Schedule section. But the schedule is a distinct piece of info. Let me include it as a separate section since it's specific and the heading "Schedule" is in the allowed list. Actually, looking at the rules: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". Schedule is listed as an example. The posting has specific schedule info. I'll include a Schedule section. But I already have the schedule info in About the role. I could move it to Schedule section and keep About the role focused on the role description. That would be cleaner. Let me restructure: - About the role: role description only - Schedule: hybrid schedule details - Responsibilities: job function - Qualifications: min & preferred qualifications - About Tanium: company info - Benefits: pay and benefits (since pay is part of "What You'll Get") The posting has "What You'll Get" which includes both salary range and benefits. I could split into Pay and Benefits, but the rules say "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them". The posting states both pay and benefits in one section. I could create a Benefits section that includes pay, or separate Pay and Benefits. Since the heading examples include both Pay and Benefits, and the posting has specific info for both, I'll create both. But the posting combines them under "What You'll Get". I'll create a Pay section for the salary range and a Benefits section for the benefits package. That's more semantic. Let me restructure:
