Senior Digital Product Manager
About the role
The Senior Digital Product Manager is responsible for defining and delivering a best-in-class web experience that drives business outcomes, enhances client engagement, and supports global digital strategies. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle of capabilities on Invesco’s public facing websites, from vision and roadmap through execution, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the website product strategy, vision, and multi-quarter roadmap
- Translate business goals and user needs into prioritized product requirements and features
- Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, UX, and content teams in an agile environment
- Leverage data (analytics, user research, A/B testing) to inform decisions and optimize performance
- Ensure site performance, SEO, GEO and AEO, accessibility, and compliance standards are met globally
- Drive platform evolution (e.g., CMS, personalization, integrations, martech stack)
- Partner with stakeholders across regions to align priorities and ensure successful launches
- Track KPIs such as engagement, conversion, uptime, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 7+ years Digital (Web/Mobile) product ownership experience required
- Proven experience of working in the Adobe Experience Cloud environment a distinct advantage
- Agile product management, especially with large-scale, distributed web products
- Experience using Jira/Confluence is preferred
- Experience in financial services/asset management or B2B preferred
- Experience with structured design, development, and implementation of new and established computing architectures
- Experience with multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
- Quickly comprehends the functions and capabilities of new technology
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
Qualifications
Salary range for this position in New York, NY is $135,000 - $140,000 per year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location.
The role is Full Time / Part Time with a Full Time Worker Type and Employee status. The Workplace Model requires spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
