Responsibilities

  • Provide understanding and technical knowledge to Hyperscale specific implementation of Eaton’s Power Management and mission critical monitoring and control systems including, Foreseer, Iconics, Brightlayer suite and next generation Power Monitoring platforms.
  • Provide applied engineering and consultation to Hyperscale Accounts in the areas of design, system integration, installation, start-up, maintenance, repair, training and modification of power management, control, and mission critical systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with at least 3 years of experience working with/managing installations of Power Management, Power Control, Scada, Mission Critical, or Building Management systems OR in lieu of a degree at least 5 years of experience working with/managing installations of Power Management, Power Control, Scada, Mission Critical, or Building Management systems
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with Hyperscale EPMS or BAS Scopes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with Hyperscale EPMS or BAS Scopes.
  • Professional Engineering License
  • General Contractor’s License
  • Electrical Design Experience
  • EPMS Technical Aptitude

Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of Eaton Power Monitoring software (Foreseer & Eaton’s BLI software)
  • Knowledge and Experience with HMI (Human Machine Interface) as well as PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers software/hardware and power monitoring software packages)
  • Advanced understanding of the company’s and competitor’s automation and power management systems and services
  • Computer literacy
  • Working knowledge of all software packages relevant to successful performance of tasks
  • Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Networking and Monitoring Devices, Device Protocols, Electrical and Construction Drawings
  • Knowledge and practice of safety precautions related to working with automation and power management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to provide service and represent company interests in developing customer relationships to assure long-term customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching/mentoring ability

This role offers the opportunity to travel approximately 50% of the time, giving you exposure to a wide range of industries, technologies, and real-world applications. The expected annual salary range for this role is $86,000 - $126,000 a year. This role also offers paid overtime and a company vehicle!
