Senior Diffusion Process Engineer

Role: Senior Diffusion Process Engineer Responsibilities Include Starting up, developing, and optimizing diffusion processes to enhance product quality, yield, and productivityCollaborating with equipment and integration engineers to identify and resolve manufacturing issuesDriving process improvements using project management skills to meet milestones related to yield, defectivity, production, and costMonitoring and improving SPC (statistical process control) chartsResolving line problems and implementing solutions to reduce costs and enhance efficiency Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of industry experience as Process Owner in Diffusion; or equivalent military experience or 5+ years with AASBSc or MSc in Engineering or related fieldWillingness to travel internationally for onboarding and trainingStrong process knowledge in semiconductor fabrication, especially DRAM manufacturingExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficiency in Data Science and programming; familiarity with Agentic AI is a plus Key Attributes: Hands-on approach, collaborative mindset, eager to learn, meticulous in analysis, and capable of tackling technical challenges in a fast-paced industry.
