The Work
- Handle complex diagnostics without relying on others
- Can follow structured processes without being chased
- Communicate clearly with management and the team
- Take ownership of their work—whether in the shop or in the field
- Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks and systems
- Perform preventative maintenance that reduces real failures
- Utilize modern diagnostic tools on late-model equipment
- Complete mobile service calls independently and professionally
- Follow established protocols and report progress to management
- Deliver repairs that meet safety and performance standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Diesel Fleet Technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of diesel engine systems and repair techniques
- Experience with preventative maintenance procedures

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
