Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines over 400 hp, heavy trucks, tactical vehicles, and expeditionary equipment.
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to less experienced mechanics.
- Support maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and complex repair decisions.
- Document work performed in Fleet Focus or similar systems.
- Help maintain readiness, quality, and safety standards across the shop.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years experience or E7–E8 equivalent ASE Master certification or equivalent.
- Full repair capability across equipment types.
- C clearance eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lead mechanic experience.
- CDL NSW/SOF support experience.
