About the role
Lead software development projects from conception to deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Participate in design sprints and workshops to ideate and refine product features.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement automated testing strategies to improve application reliability and efficiency.
- Document code and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
