Job Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and automation.
- Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Open Tofu, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Manage cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure) to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to enhance system visibility.
- Collaborate with development and security teams to enforce DevSecOps best practices.
- Optimize system performance and cost efficiency through automation and tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical & Industry Expertise:
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and Linux systems.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Passion for automation and continuous improvement.
- Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional DevOps Engineer, or CKA are a plus.
