Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

A Senior DevOps Engineer will work within the automation teams and alongside product teams to define, develop, test, and maintain the full CI/CD pipeline for cloud and on-premises. This pipeline handles everything from the initial builds to automated testing and production deployments. This is an opportunity to be part of development for our latest platform and you could be a critical part of our success in a global, high-profile environment and with an enterprise-level product with a global team.

The ideal candidate will be an individual that will take full ownership of problems and drive them through to completion. Must demonstrate dedication to improving the testing and Deployment of our solutions through automation and able to identify, propose, and drive improvements to meet this goal.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python
• Experience with CI/CD automation platforms such as Jenkins and GitLab
• Experience in containerization (Docker)
• Experience in Linux
• Experience with source code management tools such as GIT
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong collaboration and partnership (especially virtual)

Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of cloud computing and infrastructure as code
• Experience with scripting languages and automation tools
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
