Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve infrastructure using AWS and modern DevOps practices
- Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems
- Automate deployment pipelines and manage CI/CD workflows
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve performance and reliability issues
- Improve system security and auditability across environments
- Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to enhance operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience, preferably in a high-growth startup
- Strong AWS experience (EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, IAM)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (preferably Python) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform)
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with debugging and optimization skills
- Experience with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage large initiatives
- Willingness to work in-person 4-5 days a week
