Senior Development Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Project Development Lead development activities for utility-scale solar, community solar, and battery energy storage projects.
• Manage projects from early-stage origination through notice-to-proceed (NTP), sale, or handoff to construction.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and development plans.
• Cook up site diligence efforts including environmental, cultural, geotechnical, title, survey, and engineering studies.
• Identify, prioritize and mitigate project risks throughout the development lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary project representative with landowners, consultants, permitting agencies, utilities, and other stakeholders.
• Support community engagement efforts and public outreach activities.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with local officials, regulatory agencies, and utility representatives.

Permitting & Entitlements

• Lead permitting and entitlement activities at the local, state, and federal levels.
• Cook up permit applications and consultant deliverables.
• Monitor regulatory and market developments impacting project viability.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate closely with Origination, Real Estate, Interconnection, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Support project acquisitions and divestitures through diligence and transaction support.
• Prepare development updates, presentations, and reporting materials for leadership.
