Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and implementation projects
- Design, develop, maintain and support SSIS packages
- Manage daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc data loads
- Receive, validate, transform and reconcile client source files
- Support master data integration and maintenance activities
- Investigate and resolve data load failures, mapping issues, and data quality concerns
- Develop SQL-based reports, extracts, and analytical datasets
- Support Power BI and Tableau reporting initiatives
- Create monitoring and operational support processes
- Participate in production deployments, implementation activities, and after-hours support as required
Qualifications
- 6+ years Microsoft SQL Server experience, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or later
- 5+ years hands-on SSIS development
- Advanced T-SQL skills including stored procedures, views, functions, reconciliation and data analysis
- Experience supporting enterprise ETL and operational data environments
- Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation and analytical skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, mathematics, information technology, Business Administration required; or master's degree in computer science, computer application or Business Administration required
- Healthcare, payer, claims, eligibility, provider or membership data experience
- Power BI and Tableau experience
- Advanced T-SQL and SSIS experience
- Data warehouse and master data management concepts

- Current AI usage: data summarization, intelligent fax processing, automated task creation, software development productivity
- Drive expansion of AI-enabled data operations
- Identify ETL automation opportunities
- Implement AI-assisted validation, reconciliation, monitoring, onboarding and analytics
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude AI, ChatGPT/OpenAI and related platforms
- Recommend measurable AI initiatives
- Reduce manual effort through automation

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 annually. This represents the base pay range that we reasonably expect to offer for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, education, skillset, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses, incentive pay, or commissions, which are not included in the listed base salary range.
