Role at a Glance

As a Senior Developer, you will lead the development, configuration, and ongoing support of our CRM ecosystem. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes, automate workflows, and strengthen our data and reporting capabilities. This role is well-suited for a collaborative, hands-on technologist who enjoys mentoring others and working in a fast-paced environment.

Design, build, and maintain

• CRM and reporting systems
• mobile applications
• data repositories

Troubleshoot and support

• platforms including Dynamics CRM, Resco Mobile App, Simego, SQL Server, Google BigQuery, and related tools

Train and support

• new team members in a virtual work environment

Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• deliver customized CRM solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization and plugin development
• Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and XML
• Solid experience with SQL Server and data modeling concepts
• Familiarity with analytics and data platforms such as Python and Google BigQuery
• Experience with scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell), system integrations, and version control tools
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical problem-solving skills

You’ll Go the Extra Mile

• If You Have Experience implementing Marketing or Pricing solutions
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
