Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Senior Developer will independently perform design, develop, modify, document, and deliver high-quality programming that meets specific business needs. Responsibilities include leading complex projects, managing development teams, designing and delivering quality software solutions, and coaching junior developers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 10 years programming experience
• Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET; knowledge in Microsoft Visual Studio, SharePoint, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing/Modeling, SQL Server
• Experience with Great Plains Dynamics, IBM Maximo, and financial processing
• Project Management experience
• Advanced knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies and Windows operating systems
• Proven testing and quality assurance experience
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new programs

Work Environment

This position operates in an office environment, working at a personal computer where you may sit or stand. Most of our Sioux Falls office workspace consists of an open-concept design intended to promote open communication and collaboration. Some travel, to include overnights, may be required for this position.
