Build the data layer that drives how manufacturing decisions get made. At ProAmpac, we’re evolving how data powers the business. This isn’t a reporting role sitting on the sidelines. This is about building the backbone of enterprise analytics in a complex, fast-moving manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Own

• Lead development of enterprise analytics focused on manufacturing, costing, and margin performance.
• Design and build manufacturing costing and margin analytics.
• Develop executive and operational reporting in Power BI that people actually use.
• Engineer scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric / Synapse, SQL, and Delta Lake.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines across ERP and enterprise systems.
• Apply Python / PySpark to automate, scale, and optimize data workflows.
• Establish governed, repeatable data models aligned with financial controls.
• Partner directly with Finance, Cost Accounting, Operations, and Leadership to translate business problems into data solutions.

What You Bring

• 8+ years in analytics, data engineering, or BI development.
• Proven experience with manufacturing cost or financial analytics.
• Advanced skills in: Power BI (DAX, modeling, performance tuning), SQL (complex querying, optimization), ETL design and development, Microsoft Fabric / Synapse, Python / PySpark.
• A strong understanding of data governance, controls, and scalable design.
• The ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate ambiguity into structure.

Compensation

$145,000 – $175,000 ~ range based on experience
