As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will join a team that is focused on enterprise DevOps transformation and modern software delivery pipelines. You will play a critical role in advancing software delivery excellence by building standardized, secure, and reliable CI/CD capabilities that accelerate development while strengthening governance and operational resilience. Working across engineering, security, and operations teams, you will drive automation-first practices, embed quality and security controls throughout the software development lifecycle, and leverage AI-enabled solutions to improve engineering productivity. This is a highly visible opportunity to influence platform strategy, mentor engineering teams, improve developer experience, and shape modern delivery practices that support Schwab’s commitment to innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Drive the enterprise migration from legacy DevOps platforms to GitHub, helping modernize and streamline software delivery practices.
- Partner closely with software engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize DevOps solutions.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to translate strategic technology direction into scalable, actionable solutions.
