Position Overview
Our client, a prestigious enterprise organization, is seeking a Senior End User Technology Engineer to join their IT team. This role will play a key part in supporting a large-scale migration to Microsoft Teams while providing enterprise-level end-user support across desktop technologies, mobility, telecommunications, and network infrastructure.
This is a fully onsite position requiring five days per week in the office. While the initial assignment is expected to last up to six months, high-performing consultants may be considered for permanent employment.
Responsibilities
- Support the organization's migration to Microsoft Teams, including user onboarding, troubleshooting, and implementation.
- Provide enterprise-level desktop and end-user technology support.
- Administer and support mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Admin Center (EAC), and Microsoft Intune.
- Support telecom, VoIP phone systems, LAN connectivity, and end-user networking issues.
- Affiliate with infrastructure and technology teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting executives and end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Participate in after-hours or overtime support as business needs require.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or near completion of a four-year degree).
- Experience supporting enterprise-level IT environments (legal industry experience preferred, but strong corporate experience will also be considered).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Teams
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Microsoft Intune
- Exchange Admin Center (EAC)
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Telecom and VoIP technologies
- LAN administration and end-user networking
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 environments.
- Familiarity with MIFIS is a plus.
- IDF room experience is highly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work onsite five days per week and work overtime when needed.
