Senior Desktop Engineer
Responsibilities
- Manage the full endpoint lifecycle, including provisioning, deployment, compliance, updates, and retirement of enterprise desktop environments
- Administer and support modern endpoint management technologies, including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and related endpoint management solutions
- Deploy software packages, operating system updates, security patches, and configuration baselines across a distributed user base
- Develop and maintain PowerShell automation to streamline endpoint administration, reporting, and operational processes
- Implement and maintain endpoint security controls, configuration policies, compliance standards, and device management frameworks
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge resources related to endpoint technologies and desktop systems
- Monitor endpoint health, performance, and compliance while proactively addressing issues impacting user experience
- Serve as a senior escalation resource for complex desktop, hardware, operating system, and endpoint management challenges
- Partner with infrastructure, security, and support teams to enhance desktop engineering standards, operational efficiency, and user productivity
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering, endpoint management, systems administration, or a similar infrastructure-focused role
- Strong expertise supporting Windows desktop environments, endpoint configuration, software deployment, and device management technologies
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Group Policy, endpoint security policies, and modern device management platforms
- Experience supporting Litera applications and related desktop technologies within a professional services or enterprise environment is required
- Proficiency developing PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and systems management activities
- Demonstrated experience providing Tier 3 support to executive stakeholders, including senior leadership and other high-profile end users, is required
- Experience troubleshooting complex endpoint, workstation, hardware, application, and user experience issues within enterprise environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on technical initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Base Salary: Approximately $170,000 - $190,000, depending on location, experience, and overall qualifications
