Senior Designer, Events & Experiences Creative
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
About The Team
The Global Brand & Creative team within Marketing is responsible for our brand and marketing creative. From building brand awareness campaigns to designing experiences like Dreamforce, our multi-faceted team does it all. We are a collection of thinkers, makers and doers, whose sole purpose is to bring the brand to life across our incredible portfolio of work.
Within this team, the Events & Experiences Creative function is responsible for how Salesforce shows up in physical spaces — from flagship events and trade shows to brand partnerships, activations, and executive experiences.
About the role
Salesforce is looking for a talented and versatile Designer to join our Events & Experiences Creative team. This is a mid-level role for someone who's equally comfortable concepting original ideas and building production-ready files — someone who understands the Salesforce brand inside and out and knows how to push it into physical and integrated environments without losing the thread. You'll design across the full funnel — from upper-funnel brand moments to lower-funnel, execution-ready deliverables. You'll adapt from the master brand and create original design work, moving fluidly between ideation and production depending on what the project needs. Your work will live in the real world: on stages, in exhibit halls, across digital screens, and in the hands of attendees — and you'll be there to see it through, from file to installation. You're a clear communicator, comfortable presenting work and fielding feedback directly from stakeholders and partners. And you're ready to travel — on-site delivery and installation support is a core part of this job.
Responsibilities
- Create original design concepts and adapt master brand assets for use across event touchpoints — environmental graphics, signage, digital screens, stage design, activations, collateral, and more
- Work across both upper-funnel brand expression and lower-funnel executional design, calibrating your approach based on the scope and goal of each project
- Build production-ready mechanicals and prepare files for large-format print, fabrication, and digital output — with a strong understanding of specs, vendors, and production pipelines
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, producers, and cross-functional partners throughout the creative process
- Present work clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and client partners, incorporating feedback and iterating quickly
- Maintain brand consistency and design quality across all outputs, ensuring work is always on-brand and on-brief
- Travel to events and activations to support on-site delivery, installation, and quality control
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across pods, balancing creative ambition with production realities and deadlines
Requirements
- 3–5 years of design experience, ideally spanning brand, experiential, or integrated marketing contexts
- A portfolio demonstrating range — original concepting, brand adaptation, and production-level execution across physical and/or digital touchpoints
- Solid understanding of brand identity systems and how to apply them across a variety of formats and surfaces, including physical environments
- Fluency in both upper-funnel brand design and lower-funnel production design — you know how to shift gears and deliver at every stage
- Strong mechanical skills and experience preparing files for large-format print, fabrication, and digital production
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Confident communicator who can present work and represent the creative in client-facing settings
- Willingness and ability to travel and support on-site event execution, including installation and delivery
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with 3D or motion tools is a plus
- Events or experiential design experience is a plus, but not required
Why you'll love this role
- You love seeing your work at scale — printed 40 feet wide, lit up on a stage, in the hands of thousands of people
- You're energized by variety — no two projects look the same, and you thrive when you're switching contexts and solving new problems
- You take pride in both the concept and the craft — you care as much about a clean mechanical as you do about a great idea
- You want to be in the room where it happens — literally — and on the floor when it all comes together
Why we'll love you
- You're a strong designer who's also a reliable executor — you can dream it and deliver it
- You're client-facing ready: clear, confident, and collaborative in every stakeholder interaction
- You move fast without cutting corners, and you raise the quality of everything you touch
- You're the kind of person who shows up on-site with a smile and a solutions mindset
