Senior Designer, Brand Design Systems - Temporary Worker

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Designer at dentsu. You will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing creative solutions across various media platforms. You'll collaborate with our team of talented professionals to translate client briefs into visually compelling designs that meet both aesthetic and strategic objectives. Key Accountabilities

• Generate innovative ideas and concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Produce high-quality visual designs across print, digital, and multimedia platforms, including but not limited to branding, advertising campaigns, social media content, and marketing collateral.
• Work closely with account managers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements into comprehensive marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work to ensure our agency remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in advertising or agency setting.
• Must be a hands-on designer with strong conceptualization skills and experience using AI tools.
• Must be US-based.
• West Coast preferred (Must be willing to work during PST hours).

Work location & schedule

Remote, West Coast preferred — must be willing to work during PST hours. Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices (Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City) are required to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for Los Angeles-based employees). Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

Pay & benefits

• Annual salary range: $111,780.00 – $149,040.00. Placement within the range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
• Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time.
• This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
