We need to output only HTML fragment, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - "Our Story J.Crew gets you dressed every day..." (intro about company). This is not about the role; maybe we can include as "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a heading for description of role. The intro about company could be part of "About the role"? Usually "About the role" includes description of role and maybe company. But we can treat it as "About the role" content. - Then "The Role + Purpose: The Senior Designer of Boys’ & Girls’ Sweaters, Girls’ Swim, Girls’ Accessories & Third-Party leads seasonal design and development across a broad, multi-category portfolio for Crewcuts. The Sr. Designer translates kids’ fashion trends, market insights, and the crewcuts brand vision into commercially compelling collections- spanning sweaters, swim, accessories, and third-party product- that carry from initial concept through finished product. Reporting to the Head of Design for crewcuts, this Sr. Designer partners closely with cross-functional and external teams to ensure a cohesive point of view across every category they own." - Then bullet list of responsibilities (starting with "Lead seasonal design and development for Boys’ and Girls’ Sweaters and Girls’ Swim, building concepts, silhouettes, and line plans while overseeing initial design though final production." etc). Those are responsibilities. - Then "Translate market trends, consumer insights, and competitive research into commercially viable design direction that reflects crewcuts’ distinctive point of view and resonates with J.Crew Boys’ and Girls ‘customer." etc. - Then "Collaborate with the collective Crewcuts design team and merchandising & sourcing partners to ensure the creative vision is executed consistently from concept to finished product across all owned categories." - Then "Partner with the materials team to research & leverage new yarns, knit constructions, swim fabrications and trims, and accessory hardware and materials that push innovation while maintaining quality, safety, and production feasibility." - Then "Stay ahead of fashion trends through market research, while working closely with the Men’s and Women’s Design team for brand and style alignment." - Then "Qualifications:" heading with required and preferred. - Then "Benefits + Perks" with bullet list. - Then "Salary Range: $97,600.00 - $126,300.00" plus some explanation. - Then some EEO boilerplate etc which we need to remove. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe include company story and role purpose). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can combine some if content fits. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. We have content for About the role (company story + role purpose). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (required and preferred). Skills (maybe we can extract from qualifications: Adobe Creative Suite, PLM, MIRO, presentation/communication, etc). Benefits (list). Pay (salary range). Schedule (maybe not mentioned; there is Summer Fridays, Winter Break, hybrid work model. That could be schedule info. The posting mentions "Summer Fridays - In addition to our hybrid work model, we also close our office at 1:00 PM every Friday during the Summer months." Also "Winter Break - In addition to our PTO package, J.Crew Group offers a winter break at the end of December to eligible full-time associates at the Home Office". That's schedule/benefits? Could be considered schedule. But we have Benefits section already; schedule could be separate if we have info. However we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine schedule info into Benefits? But the instruction says use Benefits heading for benefits/perks. Schedule heading for schedule info. We have schedule info: hybrid work model, Summer Fridays, Winter Break. That's specific. So we can include Schedule section. We must not include placeholder text. All content we include must be substantive. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statements, "We welcome you to apply, even if you don't check all the boxes." That's maybe not boilerplate but it's encouraging application; could be considered part of qualifications? It's not a requirement. Might be considered fluff but it's substantive? It's more about encouraging applicants; maybe we can keep it as part of Qualifications? But it's not a qualification. Might be considered generic; but it's not boilerplate like EEO. However it's a statement encouraging applicants; we could keep it under Qualifications as a note. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it if it's substantive. However it's not a requirement; it's a statement. Could be placed under Qualifications as a paragraph. Also "We’re always seeking bright new talent who leverage their unique experiences to discover, grow and evolve with our teams." That's also fluff but maybe part of Qualifications. We need to decide to keep them as part of Qualifications section. Now we need to format. We'll output something like:

    About the role

Our Story J.Crew gets you dressed every day, for every occasion. Since 1983, we’ve been creating classics that feel familiar and refreshingly new, crafted with unbeatable quality and distinctive point of view—it’s no wonder we’ve been in your closet for four decades and counting. Today, we continue to do the classics our way, inspiring not only how you shop but how you define your personal style. Our commitment runs deeper than just making great clothes—we’re proud of our role in getting you dressed with confidence, character, and celebrating a distinctly American sensibility that makes us who we are. Our dedication to Diversity, Equity, Belonging & Sustainability has been celebrated with industry recognition, reflecting our commitment to fostering an inclusive and sustainable workplace.

The Role + Purpose: The Senior Designer of Boys’ & Girls’ Sweaters, Girls’ Swim, Girls’ Accessories & Third-Party leads seasonal design and development across a broad, multi-category portfolio for Crewcuts. The Sr. Designer translates kids’ fashion trends, market insights, and the crewcuts brand vision into commercially compelling collections- spanning sweaters, swim, accessories, and third-party product- that carry from initial concept through finished product. Reporting to the Head of Design for crewcuts, this Sr. Designer partners closely with cross-functional and external teams to ensure a cohesive point of view across every category they own.

    Then Responsibilities as ul.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead seasonal design and development for Boys’ and Girls’ Sweaters and Girls’ Swim, building concepts, silhouettes, and line plans while overseeing initial design though final production.
    • Own Girls’ Accessories design end to end, from concept through production approval, ensuring designs are on-trend, on-brand, and commercially viable for the Crewcuts customer.
    • Manage Third-Party collaborations and development process, partnering with Men’s and Women’s Design team to ensure product alignment, brand consistency, and on-time delivery across all third-party programs.
    • Translate market trends, consumer insights, and competitive research into commercially viable design direction that reflects crewcuts’ distinctive point of view and resonates with J.Crew Boys’ and Girls ‘customer.
    • Collaborate with the collective Crewcuts design team and merchandising & sourcing partners to ensure the creative vision is executed consistently from concept to finished product across all owned categories.
    • Partner with the materials team to research & leverage new yarns, knit constructions, swim fabrications and trims, and accessory hardware and materials that push innovation while maintaining quality, safety, and production feasibility.
    • Stay ahead of fashion trends through market research, while working closely with the Men’s and Women’s Design team for brand and style alignment.
Then Qualifications. We need to separate Required and Preferred maybe as subheadings? But we only have allowed headings list; we could include both under Qualifications heading, with paragraphs for Required and Preferred. We'll include:

    Qualifications

Required: 8+ years of progressive experience in apparel /knitwear design, with a focus on sweaters, swim, or accessories; Women’s apparel design strongly preferred; experience translating women’s and men’s trends and brand direction into children’s product is a plus. 2+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring designers. Demonstrate strong ownership, effective decision making and problem-solving while independently managing multiple categories and seasonal deadlines. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating original artwork, tech packs, concept boards, and print-ready files. Also preferred PLM and MIRO. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate product design and assortment to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Preferred: Experience designing within a Women’s apparel brand or a multi-category kids’ business. Experience managing third-party or licensed vendor design relationships, including quality and brand-standard oversight. Familiarity with trend forecasting platforms such as WGSN or Fashion Snoops. Knowledge of knit construction, swimwear fabrication and testing standards, and accessories hardware/trim development, including relevant children’s product safety and compliance considerations. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field is a plus.

We welcome you to apply, even if you don't check all the boxes. Our passion is scouting life-long learners who are driven by curiosity, and who feel connected to our brands and share our desire to make an impact. We’re always seeking bright new talent who leverage their unique experiences to discover, grow and evolve with our teams.

Now Skills: we could extract skills from qualifications: Adobe Creative Suite, PLM, MIRO, presentation/communication, trend forecasting, etc. But we already included them in Qualifications. The instruction says we have a Skills heading optional. We could decide not to include Skills if we think it's redundant. But we need to prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Since we already covered skills in Qualifications, we could omit Skills heading. Benefits: we have Benefits + Perks list. We need to format as ul.

    Benefits

    • Health & Well-being - Eligible associates and family members receive medical, dental, prescription and vision insurance, family planning (fertility, adoption & surrogacy support), fitness discounts, medical travel and more.
    • Associate Discount - We love our products just as much as you do! That’s why we offer a great associate discount across all of our brands (J.Crew, J.Crew Factory, and Madewell).
    • Summer Fridays - In addition to our hybrid work model, we also close our office at 1:00 PM every Friday during the Summer months.
    • Community Impact - We support the communities where we live and work through our philanthropic efforts and the J.Crew
