Senior Designer

About the role

The Senior Designer is a visual craft anchor for the studio, owning typography, color systems, layout, iconography and motion across product, prototype and new business work for Fortune 100 clients.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Design Director and Executive Design Director on UX architecture and design patterns;
• Buils and evolves design systems at enterprise scale;
• Contributes to pitch prototypes and concepts that win new business;
• Mentors junior and mid-level designers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of digital product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating world-class visual craft across apps, platforms and product experiences.
• Mastery of visual fundamentals: typography, color, grid, hierarchy, iconography and motion.
• With the ability to articulate and defend design decisions, Interaction ad UX fluency: has designed flows, states, and systems, not just screens.
• Collaborates with UX leads as a peer.
• High-fidelity prototyping skills in Figma, Framer, ProtoPie or code (ideally in Claude Code/Design or similar).
• Active integration of AI and generative tools in the design process, with a clear POV on where they accelerate craft and where they don’t.
• Experience contributing to new business pitches and presenting work to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior and mid-level designers and run craft reviews.
