The role involves leading a team of software developers to design, develop, and maintain complex applications. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and manage resources effectively
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
• Knowledge of web development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
