About the role
Responsible for leading a team of software developers in developing innovative solutions for complex business problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test software applications. Ensure high-quality standards are met through continuous improvement processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software developers in delivering high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test software applications
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Participate in project planning and execution
- Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools
- Experience with agile development processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Understanding of database management systems (DBMS)
- Experience with software testing frameworks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
