Responsible for leading a team of software developers in developing innovative solutions for client projects. Must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and clients
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL)
- Experience with software testing and quality assurance
