Senior Design Manager

The Opportunity
- Manage the successful delivery of the design packages and ensure that the business benefit is delivered
- Cook up with project partners to ensure the delivery is within scope, on time, using agreed resources and is to a high quality
- Lead a team of design members, ensuring that the requirements of all project stages are delivered in accordance with the Capital Project Delivery Process
- Develop robust reporting to ensure timely decision-making
- Own the design change register, identifying & reviewing any changes and obtaining the required authorization for changes in scope
- Ensure design documents are complete, updated and stored appropriately at all stages
- Seek new areas for improvement through active reviews of the design packages, communicating good practices and lessons learned
