Senior Design Engineer – Land Development
Job Summary
ESE Consultants, Inc. (ESE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toll Brothers, Inc. (TBI). ESE supports TBI’s residential, commercial, apartment and city living teams with in-house surveying, planning, engineering and environmental consulting services from 19 offices covering New England to Seattle, Washington.
About the Role
The Senior Design Engineer - Land Development will assist with grading, roadway design, stormwater management, storm drain design, water and sewer design, sediment and erosion control plans, and applications and permits.
Responsibilities
- Assist with grading, roadway design, stormwater management, storm drain design, water and sewer design, sediment and erosion control plans, and applications and permits.
- Work with an internal team of surveyors, planners, and engineers.
- Participate in design and approval processes in residential land development projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering/land development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required.
- Experience with Autocad Civil 3D a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a PE is a plus.
- Familiarity with subdivision design and permitting.
Qualifications

Pay
The salary for this position is $41.29-$51.07 per hour plus an annual discretionary bonus.
Schedule
This position is hybrid, with 3 days per week on-site.
