About the role
The role involves leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions. Key responsibilities include designing scalable systems, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable software systems
- Mentor junior developers in best practices and technologies
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software
- Contribute to code reviews and ensure code quality
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello)
