The Opportunity

The McKinstry DER team is seeking a Senior DER Market Leader-Data Centers to lead our go-to-market strategy for Data Center projects. This role requires strategic leadership and deep expertise in the US Data Center market dynamics and vendor landscape. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing McK Data Center market strategy
• Leading internal development of a compelling Data Center offering
• Identifying and leading Data Center-related internal process improvement efforts

What You Need To Succeed

• Deep familiarity with US Data Center market dynamics and vendor landscape
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and influence diverse stakeholders through uncertainty
• Technical background (engineering degree, project development/engineering work experience) is a plus

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $141,570 - $243,900 per year.
