Senior Demo Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and operate a standardized demo platform for scalable demo environments
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code for environment management (creation, updates, resets)
• Create and maintain 'golden' demo templates with realistic setups and seed data
• Enhance reliability and user experience with observability and self-service tools
• Implement security controls for demo environments, including secrets management
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Product to streamline demo processes
• Resolve complex issues across the demo platform stack and develop metrics for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure) and large-scale automation
• Skilled in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Hands-on with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar
• Experience supporting internal customers with reliable operational processes
