Senior Demand and Supply Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Demand and Supply Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive global demand and supply planning for clinical programs, with a strong focus on inventory strategy, patient supply continuity, and operational execution. You will partner closely with project managers and other cross-functional stakeholders to align study needs, logistics, financial planning, and reporting. The position also includes team mentorship, onboarding support, and process improvement across supply planning activities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead development and review of inventory management plans for global clinical trials
• Mentor and provide guidance to new hires within the team
• Contribute to user requirement specifications for medication management systems
• Ensure system strategy aligns with supply plans and demand optimization
• Optimize global supply strategies to ensure continuity of patient supply
• Generate reports on project expenses versus budget
• Collaborate with project managers to share key client data for planning
• Manage temperature excursion processes as necessary
• Establish financial forecasts and billing processes for client projects
• Assist in onboarding new employees

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or operations management preferred
• 5+ years of clinical supply chain planning experience managing global logistics
• 4+ years of experience required if holding an advanced degree
• Strong understanding of clinical supply requirements and study designs

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
