Senior Defense Litigation Attorney - General Liability

About the role

This is a senior-level general liability position handling high-exposure bodily injury matters, including general liability, premises liability, construction, product liability, premises security, and auto and transportation, including gig economy exposure.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a full caseload from inception through trial
• Developing litigation strategies aligned with client goals
• Handling pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and court appearances
• Evaluating liability and damages and leading settlement discussions
• Working directly with clients and providing consistent strategic updates
• Collaborating with a strong, national litigation team

• Georgia-admitted attorney with 9+ years of defense litigation experience
• Background in general liability, premises, personal injury, product liability, or transportation
• Proven ability to independently manage complex matters
• Strong client-facing skills and strategic mindset
• First chair trial experience
• Experience with litigation technology or legal project management is a plus
